Using LgcY Note

• LgcY Note is free to use. These terms describe it as it is today.
• You may install it on any computer you use.

Your content

The cards you write are yours, and we claim no rights to them. For decks you import or receive, it’s up to you to have the right to use them.

Your account

• Keep access to your email or Google account safe: they are how you sign in.
• Don’t use the service to harm others, to send spam through our forms, or to break the law. We can close accounts that do.

The software

• We work to keep LgcY Note reliable, but it’s provided as it is, without guarantees beyond those the law requires.
• Back up your library folder; it’s yours to keep safe.
• Updates may change features.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect damage or data loss. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health, stays as the law sets it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date below shows when they last changed.

Law

Austrian law applies, without its conflict-of-law rules. Consumer protections where you live still apply. Questions: support@legacynote.app.
